The Project
Adamson Residential was brought in to strip out and refurbish the upper 3 floors of a 5 storey house. This included the strip out of 3 bathrooms and their re-instatement.
Problems were encountered here due to the lack of space so the logistics had to be well organised. Another problem occurred when it was found that there was low water pressure in the area and the high spec bathroom equipment purchased by the client had a demand for high water pressure so that the showers etc. could function.
Adamson Residential carried out many of the works but used local sub-contractors to assist which alleviated some logistical problems. The bedrooms and bathrooms were installed to a high spec and the client was pleased with the level of finish.
To solve the water problem a completely new water system was installed from the mains feed to the shower unit situated on the fifth floor. A pressurised system was installed at ground floor level to achieve the feed.
